General Conditions of Sale

The Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the present General Conditions of Sale before signing the reservation document. Confirmation of the reservation thus constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Reservation

The offer of stay indicates the availability of rooms from the date of our reply to your request and cannot guarantee the dates offered at a later date.

The Customer must supply a written confirmation (email, SMS, letter). Should such confirmation be lacking, the reservation cannot be considered, even with a guarantee of payment.

Upon receipt of the Customer’s confirmation, we shall send the Customer a summary of the stay, thus confirming the booking.

Deposit

The booking is confirmed by the payment of a deposit, the payment method(s) and the total of which will be specified in the offer of stay. The reservation is only guaranteed upon the actual receipt of the deposit payment.

Cancellation

Where a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of your arrival from the confirmation of your booking, costs will be incurred up to 15% of the total of your deposit.

Where a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of your arrival, the whole deposit is kept except if the room is booked by another customer under the same conditions.

Where a booking is cancelled less than 96 hours before the date of your arrival, the cost of your stay will be billed in full except if the room is booked by another customer under the same conditions.

In the case where a stay is cut short, whatever the reason (illness, unfavourable weather forecast, etc.), the entire cost of the booking is due. Any potential repayment will be made within the 60 days after the payment of the deposit.

Half-board

The half-board tarif includes accommodation, breakfast, and an evening meal from the half-board menu, excluding beverages. The half-board tariff is calculated per day and per room based on two-person occupancy.
