An intrinsic expression of the new art of mountain living, Chalet 1864 offers cuisine from a kitchen managed by a Savoyard chef.
From invigorating breakfasts of Savoy biscuits, hot chocolate and homemade jam, to afternoon snacks, and not forgetting picnic baskets for the daytime, the Chalet prides itself on serving simple authentic dishes using only the best produce.


Breakfast is served in one of the three dining rooms, each with a different ambiance, between 8:00 and 10:00am.
A homemade buffet offering cakes, pancakes, homemade jams, bread, granola, local cheeses and on request a traditional Savoyarde cassolette.  Also available is a fruit salad, homemade yoghurts, freshly squeezed fruit juices and charcuterie, all selected locally and seasonally to help you start your day well.

Afternoon snack

An afternoon snack is served between 4:00 and 5:30pm.

Blueberry crumble, seasonal clafoutis, Savoy biscuits, fruit pies and cakes prepared by our chef are served with Mariage Frères tea, gourmet hot chocolate or hot mulled wine.


Dinner is served in the dining rooms between 7:00 and 8:30pm.
La Table 1864 is open to Chalet 1864 guests and visiting friends (80€).
