We take the greatest care in choosing every bottle for La Table 1864. In order to leave you with some unforgettable memories, we carefully combine the flavours we offer: the power of a Saint-Julien Médoc wine paired with the tenderness of meat or the delicate nature of a Chignin Bergeron coating the flesh of a local trout. Floral perfumes, spicy notes, velvety tannins: at Chalet 1864, we have plundered the most famous French vineyards for some memorable food and wine pairings.
